Deutsche Telekom adopts WebToGo’s Self-Diagnostics solution
WebToGo’s Self-Diagnostics Solution addresses the single most compelling issue brought about by the mass-market adoption of smartphones and tablets: The high support costs endured by Mobile Network Operators.
Munich, 27.02.2013 – WebToGo GmbH announced today that Deutsche Telekom launched a Self-Diagnostics Solution to improve the efficiency of their customer experience management developed by WebToGo. This is the first application in the market launched by a mobile network operator reducing support costs at all customer touch-points. Deutsche Telekom’s “Smartphone Hilfe” application for Android Smartphones is available on the Google Play Store.
The application designed by WebToGo GmbH fosters self-help, by explaining possible causes and guiding users through troubleshooting in an appealing way. “The application will change the rules of complaint management and engage the customer in self-help” said Manfred Eschenbacher, Head of After Sales Service, at Telekom Deutschland and encourages the Telekom customer experience strategy.
WebToGo provides value and cost-saving applications across all market-relevant mobile platforms to support the customer life cycle of telecom providers.
“Smart devices are complex. When users are faced with an issue all they expect is to be back online as quickly as possible. Working in close collaboration with Deutsche Telekom has been essential in designing a solution centred on their customers’ experience” said Dr. Peter Duesing, CEO of WebToGo.
Smartphone Hilfe is available on Google play
