The web based system allows to manage a “flexible Budget”, an automatic calculation of operational results based on actual revenue projections, and to compare these figures to the “predefined Budget” on a daily basis. The flexible Budget includes a three dimensional cost analysis of fix cost, variable cost (% Revenue) and/or semi variable cost.
Moreover the system offers staff management, a daily attendance check and a productivity analysis. It allows tracking of working hours relative to revenue, analysis of transfers between job groups, and an overall working time control based on an annual working time approach. Further more the system tracks the potential Gross Operating Profit and the internal performance per hotel, per activity and per job group.

Integrated into the system have been standard IDA Systems features, such as warning and alert messages in case predefined parameters have not been hit.
The on-demand and web-based system can be used on any hardware that has an internet connection and a browser. The system can be managed centrally and allows fast modifications to respond to customer demands.
