Munich/Augsburg, 26.04.2006– As the uptake of mobile Internet gradually gains more and more momentum throughout Europe, WebToGo today announces that Fujitsu Siemens Computers is using their technology in the FSC Connection Manager. This application enables customers to connect their 3G handset to their notebook in just one click.

The FSC Connection Manager, based on WebToGo’s One-Click Internet Technology allows the owner of LIFEBOOK P1510 to seamlessly connect to the mobile Internet through over 200 data-enabled mobile phones via Bluetooth, IrDA or USB cable. Bluetooth users will find the unique pairing wizard, enabling automatic pairing of the phone, particularly useful.
The best user experience can be attained with the use of 3G phones at transmission rates of max. 384 kbit/s. As of now, some 25 UMTS phones are supported.
FSC Connection Manager supports more than 160 international networks. Moreover, as a comprehensive roaming database is included, the mobile user can browse the Internet and send and receive e-mail without even noticing that he is travelling abroad. As a unique feature, the network and phone databases are continouously updated. Therefore, the customer will always be on the safe side on business trips or when he decides to use a different handset.
