WebToGo’s solution for smart home and SME network support has been renamed wenewa.
The solution, previously known as help2go, enables self-care and remote support of local networks through technology on the user’s device which replicates the measurements and diagnostics a field service engineer would perform by visiting the customer. By making this data available on support backend systems the solution sheds light on all previously invisible causes of the far-too-common “my Internet isn’t working” claims, paving the way for mass-market premium customer support.
wenewa is a fictitious name with a clear assonance to the pronunciation of “Whenever”.
