WebToGo today announced support of the new Qualcomm Gobi3000 modules on it’s OneClick Internet Connection Manager solutions.

WebToGo further extends multi device support on its OneClick Internet Connection Manager with the new Gobi3000 Mobile Broadband Module from Qualcomm.

Qualcomm Incorporated announced commercial availability of the Gobi3000 modules on February 14th. Thanks to the close partnership between the 2 companies, only 10 days later WebToGo is pleased to announce the new MBB module is already supported on its best-of-breed OneClick Internet Connection Manager.

Compared to Gobi2000, the new Gobi3000 module doubles the HSPA downlink speed and enhances the Gobi common application programming interface (API) functionality for enterprise applications. The design allows Qualcomm’s customers to offer single-mode (UMTS) and multi-mode designs (CDMA / UMTS).

WebToGo has tested Gobi3000 devices from Sierra Wireless, Option and Huawei.
